What the skin needs can change as we go through life as a teenager/young adult with acne-prone skin, in our 30s we start to lose collagen so looking at more anti-ageing skincare and facials start to become more important. Our 50 peri-menopause and menopause really affect the skin in so many ways; dryness, laxity to name a few.  In addition, our skin has different concerns and needs from Spring/Summer to Autumn/Winter, as well as being affected by other external factors such as diet, medication, illness, gut health, stress, sleep, hormones, UVA, free radicals and pollution, smoking, and our lifestyle.  It’s important to understand what external factors are affecting the skin and how to adapt skincare and facials to get the best results – prevention and maintenance of the skin is always best!

Deep Cleansing Facial (milia extraction if required)

This deep cleansing facial but equally hydrating facial involves triple cleansing, use of steam to warm the skin, multi layer exfoliation, if required spot or milia extractions.  Followed by a face mask that is most suitable for your skin.  This facial includes a combination of advanced active professional skin products and facials devices.

Prescriptive Acne Facial

Acne facial treatment involves deep cleansing, exfoliating, skin sterilisation, if required extractions to help reduce acne-prone skin, breakouts and congested skin. The combination of scientifically advanced active professional skin products, gentle resurfacing, and LED blue light therapy will help to refresh, refine skin texture and help reduce future breakouts.  It is recommended to initially start with weekly or fortnightly treatments to help calm the skin, this can then be reduced down to a monthly maintenance facial to help prevent and maintain the skin.  It is important to review your daily skin routine when trying to combat acne-prone skin, full advice, and support are given to help you through the acne-clearing journey.

CYROLED Signature Facial
