Polynucleotides Treatment – How long in between treatments?
It is recommended interval between each treatment is at least 3 weeks. A course of 3 treatments is advised for optimal results.
How many treatments do I have to do before seeing results?

- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to treatment, as this increases the risk of bruising.
Polynucleotides Treatment – Aftercare Advice
After treatment, most people can resume their normal daily activities.
- Avoid touching the treatment areas for 12 hours after the treatment. After that, the area can be washed with a gentle cleanser
- Avoid active topical skincare i.e. AHA, BHA, Alcohol, Retinol
- Avoid cosmetic make-up for up to 24-48 hours post-treatment, unless you have mineral make-up i.e. Jane Iredale Mineral make-up or equivalent
- Avoid strenuous exercise and swimming for 48 hours to avoid the risk of infection.
- Do not use steam, sauna, sunbeds or sunbathe for at least 7 days
- Try to avoid touching or rubbing the treated areas
- Drink as much water as possible
- Avoid spray tanning or self-tan for 14 days
