Appointments – The best way to book an appointment is to use the simple online booking system below, as you will be able to quickly and easily find suitable dates and times that are convenient for you.

When you book an appointment you will automatically receive an automated email confirmation, a welcome email outlining the address, payments, parking, and salon policy, and 2 days prior to your appointment an automated email and text reminder. These automated processes along with treatment updates are sent to clients to help make your visit and client experience better and more efficient.

BOOKING FEE – All bookings require a 20 % booking fee to confirm your appointment, this is deducted from your final appointment bill on the day. Please note: booking fees are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY (please read before you book)

Please allow at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment, this can allow for the appointment time to be offered to another client. 48 hours notice will incur a late cancellation charge of 50%, 24 hours is 75%, and 6 hours and less is 100% charge of your appointment.

Late Cancellation Fee – The system will automatically issue an invoice for the treatment cost minus the cancellation timings charge of 50%, 75%, or 100%. This invoice has to be paid online, no further bookings can be made until this is paid.
No Show – If you do not show up for an appointment the system will automatically issue an invoice for a charge of 100% of the treatment cost. This invoice has to be paid online, no further bookings can be made until this is paid.

Please note this is a dedicated female-only salon. Appointments are pre-booked in advance, no walk-in appointments are available. Late cancellation or no-show fee does apply to all bookings as detailed above.  Thank you for your co-operation and support.
