To achieve better results, I’ve found that it’s more beneficial to use and layer a variety of advanced high-tech machines to deliver more effective results as each treatment can be tailored to the individual client’s needs, skin type, concerns and goals to give a completely bespoke treatment.

Advanced body treatments can be personalised into a treatment programme to help with fat reduction, inch loss, cellulite, stretch marks contouring, slimming, toning and lymphatic drainage to eliminate toxins. Using a combination of advanced high-tech body machines and professional products together into one treatment can give more effective results than just a stand-alone treatment.

Laser Lipo

CACI Muscle Lift/Contour

Radio Frequency (RF)

Fat Dissolving Injections

Fat dissolving injections are also a great option for destroying fat, reshaping and contouring the body. Fat dissolving injections are not combined into a personalised body contouring treatment as above, these are done separately.  However, they can be combined into a treatment package with Ultrasound Cavitation and Radio Frequency two weeks after fat-dissolving injections are administered.  Fat-dissolving injections work well on stubborn areas, double chin, upper arms, saddle bags, and bra/back area to help destroy fat cells.  Find out more about Fat Dissolving Injections.

Personalised Body Treatment Plans

A thorough consultation is carried out before deciding on your personalised body treatment plan that is best suited to your needs, goals, timescales and budget (finance plans are available).  The body consultation includes taking measurements of the area to be treated, weight and other body composition with a FitTrack Pro that will analyse a variety of key body indicators so that you can track your progress, as well as before and after pictures.

As with all body treatments within the beauty and aesthetic industry, to achieve the best results, you should combine them with a healthy diet, regular exercise, and drinking plenty of water to help flush out fat and toxins.

Some clients will see results after the first couple of sessions but to see the very best results a course of treatment is required between 8-12 treatments, ideally 1-2 treatments per week over four weeks.  Results will vary from person to person as to how quickly they respond to treatment, age, lifestyle, diet, exercise and home-care routine.

Diet and nutrition advice and support can be given during the duration of your treatment plan, plus recommended homecare products can be included within your treatment plan, as well as aftercare advice post-treatment.

Stomach Shaping Treatment

Bespoke Bust Lift & Firm Treatment

This bust treatment will help to lift, tone and strengthen muscles around the bust area to give an enhanced firmer and fuller appearance.

It will also use Radio Frequency skin tightening technology to stimulate collagen production, shorten elastin fibres and tighten and firm the skin. A bust-firming mask can also be used to help hydrate and firm the skin.

A course of treatment is recommended, ideally having two body contouring treatments per week to achieve the best results, followed by monthly maintenance.

Lymphatic Drainage Body Treatment
