CANCELLATION POLICY

Please allow at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment, this can allow for the appointment time to be offered to another client. 48 hours notice will incur a late cancellation charge of 50%, 24 hours is 75% and under 6 hours is 100%.

Late Cancellation Fee – The system will automatically issue an invoice for the treatment cost minus the cancellation timings charge 50%, 75% or 100%. This invoice has to be paid online, no further bookings can be made until this is paid.

No Show – If you do not show up for an appointment the system will automatically issue an invoice for a charge of 100% of the treatment cost. This invoice has to be paid online, no further bookings can be made until this is paid.

PAYMENT

Booking Fees
20% booking fee is payable upon booking your appointment for it to be confirmed in the diary. Payment will be taken via the online booking payment system using a secure confidential payment service called Stripe.

Balance
Remaining balance of your treatment is payable on the day by either Cash, Credit Card, Debit card or via the online booking payment system using a secure confidential payment service called Stripe.

All major credit/debit cards are accepted except Business Cards and American Express.

TRAVELLING TO US

We are conveniently located in the heart of Joydens Wood, Dartford on Birchwood Parade, which is easily accessible by car, walking and public transport.

PARKING
There is local street free parking available on Woodside Drive and surrounding roads. Please allow 5-10 minutes during peak times to find a space.

BY BUS
The area is served by two main routes. Please note you will need to walk 3-5 minutes from the bus stops to reach the clinic on Woodside Drive.

Route B12 (approx. every 20 mins): Alight at the Birchwood Road stop. This connects us to Bexley Station, Bexleyheath, and Erith.

Important for your return journey: Because the bus “loops” at midday, the stop you use to go home changes. Before 12:20 PM, use the stop on the same side of the road as the woods. After 12:20 PM, you must cross the road and use the stop on the opposite side to head back towards Bexley/Erith.

Route 429 (approx. hourly, Mon-Sat): Alight at the Squires Way stop. This connects us to Dartford Station, Swanley, and Farningham. Use this bus to change in Dartford for Darent Valley Hospital or Bluewater.

Important: This is a Request Stop—please signal the driver clearly by raising your arm as the bus approaches.

BY TRAIN
The nearest rail stations are Dartford and Bexley. Both train stations have taxi ranks available to get a taxi.

From Dartford Station: Take the 429 bus (Stop B) to the Squires Way stop.

From Bexley Station: Take the B12 bus towards Joydens Wood and alight at the Birchwood Road stop.

BUILDING ACCESS

The clinic has an intercom for access, at present there is not a staff member monitoring access into the clinic. So please arrive at your appointment time, ring the buzzer and then please wait for me to buzz you in through the door.
If you arrive early we can’t guarantee you access into the reception area. However, there is a cafe on the end of the parade and other shops if you need them while you wait for your appointment time.

ARRIVAL FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

For the benefit of all our clients, please arrive punctually. Late arrival may result in your treatment time being shortened but you will still be charged the full amount for your treatment.

Ideally please attend appointments alone, due to the nature of treatments within the clinic it is not suitable for children under the age for 12 yrs old.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please only bring essential personal items with you to your appointment, anything you do bring you will be asked to place in the client tub/box in the treatment room. Please do not leave anything in the reception area.

Please can you be respectfully when in clinic and to help you to relax by switching your phone to silent when in treatment.

CLEANING

There is 5 minute gap in between every appointment to allow for cleaning and preparation.

HYGIENE

Please use the hand sanitiser provided when you enter reception and in each treatment room.

PPE

I wear PPE nitrile gloves in all treatments. In advanced treatments where necessary I will wear a plastic apron for hygiene reasons.

YOUR VISIT WITH US

Toilet facilities are available at the back of the clinic, via the back security door. Please ask staff for directions.

The clinic is a place of relaxation for you and others; we would therefore request you put your mobile phone on silent whilst here.

The clinic has no childcare facilities. Due to the services we supply particularly Laser/IPL we do not feel the clinic is a safe environment for children.

CONSULTATIONS

All consultations have to be paid upfront and in full before the appointment. There are no refunds for missed appointments.

PREGNANCY

If you are pregnant, think you are pregnant or planning pregnancy please advise at your appointment so that treatments can be adapted for you. This information will be kept strictly confidential.

REFUNDS

There are No refunds on booking fees, unwanted treatments or gift vouchers. No refunds on products unless they are deemed faulty.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Please let us know if you have any medical conditions, as some conditions may prevent you from having certain treatments. Please advise if you are taking any medication or changes to your medication since your last visit. This information will be kept strictly confidential.
